BD spent 4 days at an Artisan Baking class at PomMarine Hotel (Hospitality Institute) along with 10 others under the tutelage of Chef Gary Goldsmith & Chef Toni Simpson. Above are the products of what the trainee chefs produced – croissants, pain aux raisin, pain au chocolat, chelsea buns, baguettes, eclairs, sweet dough and sourdough breads, Paris brest. (And if you can’t tell, I’ve discovered picmonkey!!)
